WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
M + L Outline will gladly accept returns and exchanges. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and you must ship the item back within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, cancellations are not allowed for any items unless a special circumstance occurs under M + L Outline's discretion.
Custom or Personalized Orders cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
The conditions of any returns include that Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
*Please note that during the current pandemic and upcoming holidays, USPS, UPS & Fedex has experienced extremely high volumes and has delays. Please contact us with any issues, and then we can refer you to create a claim with USPS if necessary.*
WHAT BRANDS OF SHIRTS DO YOU USE TO DECORATE/RESELL?
We offer many different varieties of clothing, we typically use Bella Canvas, Gildan, Jerzees, Next Level, Anvil, Hanes, Rabbit Skins, & LAT. Due to the availability issues currently with manufacturers, many colors and brands are not available over time, so the next closest will be chosen, or the requested color will be substituted with another brand.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ORDERS?
We LOVE custom orders! We would be honored to create a design or print your own design on your desired products! We have created many business and event logo promotional items, group shirts, matching tie-dye items and so much more! Send us an email today to get your custom order started! We will create a mock-up prior to payment, then once approved, we will complete your custom order as soon as possible!
WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
I complete orders as quickly as possible, due to the item, quantity, and availability, orders will be completed and shipped within 1-2 weeks at the most. For any large quantity special orders, the turn around time may be extended, but you will be notified of the turn around time prior to completing the order payment. Items in stock and ready to press or print will be completed and shipped within 1-4 days. Custom Tie-Dye products have a longer turn around time due to the nature of the dye curing for multiple days prior to the washout, so pleas expect a minimum of 2 weeks for a custom tie-dye product. If you need a rush on any order *PLEASE contact me prior to placing the order to ensure I can meet your deadline* I try my hardest to get each order out as quickly as possible.
